Education meets Strategy:
the first game of its kind to
help you defeat natural disasters.
Each player represents FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The object of the game is to become the agency with the most funds available to provide disaster relief to the human race.
The game focuses on the six main types of natural disasters that occur in the US:
Floods, Earthquakes, Hurricanes, Tornados, Wildfires, and Winter Storms
There are information sheets for each of the disasters with pictures and comprehensive language suited for middle school kids and up. The educational component is incorporated into the game for a fun experience.
Along with teaching about natural disasters, the game also teaches about money management and some insurance.
